Privacy Policy
How Sri Care Hospital, Siddipet handles information from this website and from WhatsApp messages sent to the clinic. Reviewed September 2026.
In short: this website sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and has no server that stores anything you type. The appointment form opens WhatsApp with a message already written — nothing is sent anywhere until you press send in WhatsApp yourself.
What this website collects
Nothing. There is no analytics, no advertising pixel, no cookie banner because there are no cookies to consent to, and no account to create. The pages are static files.
The appointment form on the home page does not submit to a server. When you press the button it builds a WhatsApp message containing the name, phone number and reason for visit you typed, and opens WhatsApp with that message ready to send. If you close WhatsApp without sending, the clinic never receives it and nothing is stored.
Two things on these pages are served by other companies, which will see your IP address the way any website visit does: the treatment videos, hosted on Cloudflare, and the map on the contact section, served by Google Maps. Their own privacy policies govern that.
WhatsApp messages
If you message the clinic's WhatsApp number, an automatic reply answers common questions — timings, how to book, where we are — and a member of staff can reply to you directly from the same conversation.
To make that work, the clinic stores:
- your WhatsApp phone number and the profile name WhatsApp shows;
- the messages you send and the replies sent back to you;
- any photograph, voice note, video or document you send, saved as a copy on the clinic’s own server so staff can still open it after WhatsApp has let go of it.
All of it is kept for 30 days after your last message and then deleted automatically, files included. It is stored on a server the clinic controls, is readable only by clinic staff who have been given a password, and is not sold, shared or used for advertising.
WhatsApp itself is run by Meta, and your messages pass through Meta's systems on the way to us. What Meta does with them is governed by WhatsApp's own privacy policy, not this one.
Please think before sending medical records, scan reports or detailed symptoms over WhatsApp. It is convenient for asking about timings and booking a slot. It is not a secure channel for clinical information, and it is not a way to reach a doctor urgently — see below. If you do send a photograph or a report, a copy is kept for the same 30 days as the rest of the conversation and then deleted with it.
WhatsApp is not for emergencies
Nobody watches that number overnight, and an automatic reply is not a clinician. If there is sudden weakness, drooping of the face, difficulty speaking, loss of vision, a fit, or unconsciousness, call +91 96060 60351 or bring the patient straight to the hospital. The emergency department is open 24 hours.
Your medical records
Anything recorded during a consultation — history, examination findings, prescriptions, investigation reports — is part of your hospital record at Sri Care Hospital, Siddipet, kept under the hospital's own records policy and the law that applies to medical records in India. This page covers the website and WhatsApp only.
Asking us to delete something
You can ask the clinic to delete the WhatsApp conversation held for your number, or to tell you what is held, by calling +91 96060 60351. There is nothing to ask about for the website, because it stores nothing.
Medical records are a separate matter and are kept for the period the hospital is required to keep them.
